Madhu's Discussion Questions

Out of stress we often think the faster we get something done the better, we hurry, our vision narrows. Not necessarily does this mean that we are focused. It just means we don’t consider things anymore.
Sometimes this might be helpful. Often it means we’re trapped in our automated behavior, doing what we’ve always done. Which leaves very little room for learning or for new ideas.

How can you make it a conscious choice whether you’re fast or slow?
How well can you switch between those two modes of acting and behaving?

The Challenge

How can you be both fast and slow at the same time?
And gain from both modes of behaving at the same time?
