I am a founding partner at einsiedler & einsiedler. We are leadership coaches and consultants based in Vienna, Austria. I have 22 years of international business consulting experience, including as an Experienced Manager at Accenture, where I specialized in change management and leadership development. I’ve been working with international cooperations including Fortune 500 companies, their leaders and individuals on leadership team and personal development since 1993.
After studying organizational theory & design, marketing and psychology at Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria, I earned an MBA in international business at Texas A&M University in the United States and Koriyama, Japan.
In addition, I have trained in various therapeutic and therapy-related methods, including holotropic breathing, neuro-linguistic programming, gestalt, provocative stile, bioenergetics, Erickson hypnosis, trauma treatment, and imagination-and-trance techniques. Currently I’m attending a training in psychotraumatology.
Since 2006 I’ve been completing courses in creative writing, screenwriting, and short fiction through the UCLA Extension, Los Angeles, California.
I’ve taught classes in Radical Constructivism and Work-Life-Balance at the University of Hannover in Germany, was a guest lecturer on leadership development at the Krauthammer University in Lysin, Switzerland and for masters’ programs at Donau University in Krems, Austria.
I work in German and English.
I’ve been dedicated to meditation, contemplation for almost two decades.
