Out of stress we often think the faster we get something done the better, we hurry, our vision narrows. Not necessarily does this mean that we are focused. It just means we don’t consider things anymore.
Sometimes this might be helpful. Often it means we’re trapped in our automated behavior, doing what we’ve always done. Which leaves very little room for learning or for new ideas.
